Coffee is enjoyed by people of all ages in Mexico. Coffee is often mixed with liqueur for adults or cinnamon sugar for children. This combination of sugar and spice compliments the natural flavors found in the coffee. We source our Mexican coffee from the Chiapas region which borders Guatemala. This region has a similar climate as its Guatemalan neighbors. The region is comprised of many small, family-owned coffee farms. With most of the farms being less than 10 acres.
